About KADOKAWA DWANGO Educational Institute

  • N and S high schools are recognized under Article 1 of the School Education Law in Japan, providing Japan High School diplomas as well.
  • Besides the required classes for obtaining the diploma, we offer extracurricular classes where students can explore their future aspirations. Practical skills are developed in areas such as university entrance exam preparation, programming, web design, video creation, machine learning (AI), novels, illustrations, games, and voice acting and so on. Additionally, students gain valuable experiences both online and offline with local governments or companies and study abroad programs, preparing them for active roles in global society.   • Since N high school is founded in 2016, student numbers increased 15times bigger, S high school was established in 2021 for better accom modation and R High School is preparing to open in April 2025.

Admission Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Japanese
  • Obtained Middle school diploma or equivalent
  • Place of residence must be in Japan
  • This requirement does not apply to Japanese nationals

Graduation Requirements

  • Minimum enrollment required:3 years
  • Must complete at least 74 credit hours for graduation
  • Compulsory school participation from 7-10 days per year where students take face-to-face classes, exams, and special activities
  • The students must be physically present at the campus located in Japan

Marking Procedure

Students must take “General Subjects” and can take “Open Elective Subjects” as an option of choosing within the set tuition, face-to-face classes and exams.
